How long after ordering will I receive my print?

Our orders are processed within 2-3 business days. During seasonal times, order processing can take up to 5 business days.

Orders should arrive between 10-14 business days.

How can I track my order?

When your order has been dispatched, we'll update your order details with a tracking number and shipping carrier. We'll also email you these details.

Can I request a bespoke print that’s not on the website?

YES! We're always looking to expand our collection. If there's a print that you want which isn't currently on our website, providing the information is available, we'd be more than happy to create this for you!

What happens if my print is damaged in transit?

If your print is damaged, we will look to send you a replacement print as soon as possible. You will not incur any additional charges.

We will need photographic evidence of the damage sent to admin@fulltimeprints.com no later than seven days after receiving your print. Appeals sent later than seven days of receiving the purchased items are not eligible for an exchange or refund.

Please allow up to ten business days for us to send a replacement print.

What happens if I receive an incorrect print?

If you receive an incorrect print, we will look to send you a replacement print as soon as possible. You will not incur any additional charges.

We will need photographic evidence of the incorrect print sent to admin@fulltimeprints.com no later than seven days after receiving your print. Appeals sent later than seven days of receiving the purchased items are not eligible for an exchange or refund.

Can I cancel my order or request a refund?

If you want to cancel your order, you must inform us within 48 hours of placing your order.

After 48 hours, you can still cancel your order however as it would've already been processed, you'll have to wait for the order to be delivered before returning this at your own expense for a full refund.
